  • How Do I Start??
    Contact us by email, phone or via our social pages. We can then organise a free Consultation and first session.
  • Do I need to be fit to start?
    No, not at all, we will assess you and go from there, with our energy, support and passion for what we do you’ll soon be well on your way to a fabulous new fitter you.
  • How are you different to a normal Gym?
    We are a Personal Training Studio, we provide a more intimate, personalized setting for all your workouts. With 1:1 training, Team Ups 2:1 (grab a partner) and small group of 3 to 6 individuals.
  • Tell me about your gym membership
    Unlike a normal gym we have no membership, upfront start up fees, and are not locked into any ongoing contracts.
  • What type of training do you offer?
    Training sessions are designed to complement your goals and interests, and can include activities such as boxing, weights, circuits, walking/running and much more.
  • What facilities do you offer at Primed PT Gym?
    There's 290m2 to train in so we're not short on space, our studio is filled with everything you need to achieve your goals. We have a lounge area and bathroom and shower facilities.
  • What are your opening hours?
    We are open 6 days a week. We are appointment based. 5:30am and 8pm Monday -Thursday. 5:30am – 2pm Friday 6am- 1pm Saturday Contact us to secure your session now!
  • I have an injury / illness can I exercise?
    We provide personalised injury programs, ask us how to begin.
